Lorraine Colestock is an award-winning Santa Fe artist who has been painting for the last 36 years.  After receiving her B.F.A. in painting and drawing she traveled extensively in the United States and in many parts of the world, and continues to do so.  This has given her a rich background in the realm of nature and the power of the landscape.  The cultures of many countries, both ancient and modern, have influenced her work.  Lorraine has lived in the Santa Fe area for ten years, working in a light-filled studio to do her creations, and, her passion for color, light, and energetic expression has made the environment of Santa Fe a perfect catalyst for Lorraine’s works.
